A stunning collapse.
The Curse of Youppi is real: Washington D.C. took Montreal's baseball team in 2005, Montreal took Washington D.C.'s Stanley Cup dreams in 2010.
Youppi finally gets his revenge for being abandoned when the Expos vacated Montreal, but at least D.C. still has the Expos Nats playing +.500 baseball so far in 2010.
I know that for some foolish reason, Nationals fans refuse to acknowledge Expos' history. Regardless of how you feel, the Expos' history is part of the Nationals.
I am a Canadiens and Expos/Nationals fan, and I am currently thrilled beyond belief. Today was a good day in sports.

I'm very unhappy with the results of this series, but if I were the Habs, I would have been wearing Expos hats in the post-game locker room.
Sam, how should we acknowledge Expos history? Should the Twins celebrate Senators 1.0? What about Orioles, should they embrace the St. Louis Browns?
